Coconut Creme Soup with Mango–Pear–Chutney, Assorted Spices (vegan) | EN

Feeling somewhat over–acidic in the stomach area today and having had far too little sleep for weeks and months on end, but definitely since beginning of last week, I’m under the weather again and constantly shivering from feeling cold and freezing. So it had to be something warm in the tummy tonight after having spent all day inside (like most of my days, unfortunately) and never really catching up to full working clock rate today. I had recently found some exotic sauces and delicacies at the supermarket, and took a bunch of chutneys and spicey Asian pastes home with me. Among those was a glass of mango–pear chutney, which I blended in with coconut milk along with

  • 1/2 tomato, sliced
  • some bitesized Hokkaido pumpkin cubes
  • 1 tablespoon of unbleached rice
  • ground chilllie-sea salt
  • cilantro
  • some strands of chlilie (don’t ask, they’re really strands, like threads)
  • some fresh mint leaves for décor
  • 1 toasted flan of wholegrain

I had myself some mint–ginger tea along with it and water. Yummie in the tummy 😉 Enjoy!
